How to use Web2Zoho
- Log in your Joomla admin panel (your_domain_name.com/administrator) and go to Extensions -> Install/Uninstall
- There is a box "Upload Package File" and you have to use [Browse..] to find the plg_web2zoho.zip file. click on [Upload File & Install]
- If installation done correctly you will have a message : "Install Plugin Success"
- Go to Extensions -> Plugin Manager, in Plugin Manager list click on Web2Zoho
- Enable the plugin by clicking on Yes Enabled radio box
- Enter the parameters : ZohoCRM username, ZohoCRM password and ZohoCRM API Key
- Select the module you want to capture data in, and Save
Now we will see how it works
- In Front-end go to Joomla Contact, fill out the form and submit it
- Login to your ZohoCRM account, you will see the submitted information captured into Contacts Module
- You can see logs, browse logs Joomla directory and edit the file zohocrmcontactcapture.log.php
