How to use SugarSOAP Diagnostic

SugarSOAP Diagnostic component let you perform tests in three steps :

1. URI Diagnostic : in this step you will see if you can create a SOAP and proxy objects using your SugarCRM URI.

• Please enter your SugarCRM URI and click on URI Diagnostic button

• If the test fail you will see the message "URI Diagnostic Failure" in the right side page and you can see the error detail in SOAP error tab or Debug in the SOAP Debug tab. These information can help your administrator to fix the problem.

2- Login Diagnostic : If the test success you can test login, in this step the component will login into SugarCRM using your account information.

• Please enter your SugarCRM username and password and click on Login Diagnostic button

• In this step you can see SOAP Request, SOAP Response and Sugar Error if it exists.

• You can drag and drop tabs in the positions you want

3- Operation Diagnostic : Finally, if the login test success you can perform a test insertion of information in the SugarCRM Leads module

• Please enter the test information : First Name and Last Name and click on the Operation Diagnostic.
• If the test success you will see the message "Operation Diagnostic Success" and the information inserted in your SugarCRM.
