With RichContact you have maximum flexibility to personalize contact form appearance. Contact fields are generated in HTML Table with 2 or 4 columns.
To personalise contact from dimensions go to Components -> RichContact -> Configuration or click on Configuration button in RichContact Control Panel
Once in Configuration you can personalize contact form dimensions
