To activate RichContact styles go to Components -> RichContact -> Configuration or click on Configuration button in RichContact Control Panel.
In Style group select "Use Component Style"
To modify RichContact stylesheet go to Components -> RichContact -> Edit CSS or click on Edit CSS button in RichContact Control Panel.
You can modify stylesheet and click Save to save
