- RichContatPro backend works with the browsers Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later and Internet Explorer 8 or later with small bugs. RichContatPro frontend works with all browsers.

- RichContactPro uses NuSOAP library, so you don’t need to install PHP SOAP extension.

- AJAX and the communication between the browser and the server should work properly.

- Check your SOAP response: our SugarSOAP Diagnostic, Joomla! 1.5.x component, helps you to check if your SugarCRM SOAP response is returned properly. If you do not get an XML result, please see with your administrator to fix the issue.
