Please, read carefully the following Terms and Conditions. Your membership implies that you have already read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

License

Our products such as PalmForm, RichContactPro, SugaryCB and CBTiger are released under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org). You may install our extension on more than one domain, however we provide support only for the registered domain. Source Creativity grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use its products in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

Ownership

Source Creativity retains the copyright, title, and ownership of the Product and the written materials, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products (modified or unmodified). All products are property of Source Creativity LLC.

Modifications

You may modify the component source code for your own use only. Redistribution of any modification is not allowed without a written permission from Source Creativity. However, any modifications of the code, will lead you into losing the right to be supported. The code changes of your product for your particular needs can be requested, and this is considered as a custom development.

Unauthorized Use

Although the number of downloads and installations are not limited, subscriptions cannot be shared. This sharing or any other methods that allow multiple or simultaneous downloads are strictly forbidden and may result in to termination of your subscription without any prior notifications.
You may not place any of our products (modified or unmodified) on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Assignment

Your membership is not transferable and member may not sell, assign or transfer this agreement to anyone.

Financial Transactions

We use Paypal, Moneybookers Website, 2Checkout and Google Checkout for all financial transactions.

Delivery

Following receipt of your payment, you'll be able to download your copy of product from your Client Area

Refund Policy

As we deal with virtual, non-tangible goods, and in order to avoid any fraud attempt, we do not issue some refunds after the subscription is done, or once the product is purchased. As it is delivered instantly once payment is received, so it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

Thus, we strongly advise you to read documentations, try our demos, read the FAQ, features, terms and conditions before purchasing it. For any questions or queries, please, contact us.

If you find a bug in our product, you can report it in our Help Desk System and we will try to fix it soon. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You just change your mind
  • You choose not to use our product
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
  • You have purchased the software from us over 30 days

However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter on other servers. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 10 days after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your server.

If we fail to achieve this we will happily give you a full refund. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL and Joomla Admin and SugarCRM admin consoles in order for us to debug and install the software, if you can't give us this access then we will not be able to give you a refund.

Cancellation Policy

The client can request cancellation of any of his products & services directly from the Client Area. The user is provided two choices for the cancellation, either immediately, without refund as it is mentioned in Refund Policy, or at the End of the Current Billing Cycle.

Product Updates

Our product is designed for the latest version of Joomla and SugarCRM/Vtiger, but we cannot guarantee you that the product will run with future versions of Joomla or SugarCRM/Vtiger.
All updates are free to all valid subscribers.
During the subscription period, we do not guarantee any new updates nor do we provide any deadlines or development paths for updates unless otherwise stated.
However, we commit ourselves in providing you a good service.

Warranty

Our product does not warranty or guarantee in any manner. We cannot guarantee you that they will function with all the extensions or templates as currently there is no certification process for such extensions or templates. We take no responsibility for any difficulties or problems that may arise from the installation and/or use of this product on your server. We will do our best to ensure that our product is up-to-date and functional.
Browser compatibility should be tested on the demo prior to subscription. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the product, as we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the product with all browser combination.

Support

We provide the support only by our Help Desk System. However, we do not provide support via email. If a product does not work on your website, we will help you to find the solution as soon as possible. Our support does not provide help to customize our product. Our product is provided "as is", with no implied meaning that it will function exactly the way you wish or with all extensions. Moreover, we offer no support for installation, administration, server configuration, hosting, SugarCRM and Vtiger. Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 4PM (GMT) through a Help Desk.

  • Our support is provided to subscribers with a valid and active subscription and only through our Help Desk System
  • The support is reserved only for our paid products.
  • You can always consult our documentation,video tutorials, knowledgebase and our live demo on our website free of charge

Responsibility

We do not take any responsibility for failed backup, restores or generated backups! You are responsible for your own systems.

Terms and Conditions

Our Company reserves the right to change or modify some current Terms and Conditions at any time with any prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review their changes every time you visit our website. Furthermore, our Company reserves all the rights to continue or modify or discontinue the service or product.
