Do This First: RichContactPro installation and upgrade

Log in your Joomla administrator panel (your_domain_name.com/administrator) and go to Extensions -> Install/Uninstall

Use the [Browse...] button next to the "Upload Package File" box, to find the RichContact Pro file. Once you find RichContact file, click on the "Upload File & Install" button.

If installation has been done correctly, you will see the message "Install Component Success."

You can insert some demo data by clicking on the "Insert demo data" button.

Enter your SugarCRM URL and SugarCRM user information and the click on the "Save" button.

After saving your user information, RichContact Pro will synchronize and import data from SugarCRM
