Beginner: Associate Contact Fields with SugarCRM fields

Go to the Fields Manager. To add a new Field, click on the "New" button in the toolbar. To edit an existing Field, click on the Field name or click the checkbox next to the field and then click on the "Edit" button in the toolbar.

Associate field to SugarCRM fields

You can associate field to one or more SugarCRM fields in different SugarCRM modules. If you have a new field, first click first on the "Apply" button in the toolbar to enable association box. Once the box is enabled, click the "Open" icon.

When you click on this icon, a window containing SugarCRM fields list open.

Click on the "label" link to associate SugarCRM field with the RichContact Pro field.

After you click on "label" link, the window will close and the fields will be added to association box.

To delete an association between a RichContact Pro field and a SugarCRM field, select the SugarCRM field in association box and click on the "Delete" icon.
